Relax Magnesium Cream

Pine and Bedford's Relax Cream is luxuriously rich with Shea Butter, Mango Butter, and Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil. It is loaded with Magnesium chloride and fragranced with Lavender Essential Oil. A little (dime-sized amount) goes a long way. A dime-size amount is more than your daily requirement of Magnesium. Unlike oral magnesium, when applied transdermally (through the skin), your body only absorbs what it needs. As Magnesium is a skin softener, this is the perfect cream to have by your bedside if you suffer from leg or foot cramps at night.  

This cream is loaded with Magnesium. It does not sting like a magnesium spray, and the Lavender scent helps you get back to sleep. This is a thick lotion that leaves skin feeling very pampered. If you like the soft silky feeling of our lotion, and you suffer from cramping -- this is a 'must try'.

Why did I make this product:  I suffer from leg cramps at night, and once I was out of bed dealing with the cramp (forcing my foot to be flat on the cool floor), I found it difficult to return to sleep. With Relax, there is no need to get out of bed. I simply rub a dime-sized amount into the cramped area. Then, I count to 10 and go back to sleep. Healthline.com will tell you that absorption rates of orally ingested magnesium are between 30 to 40%, and if you take too much orally, you risk some nasty side effects. (Think: Milk of Magnesium.) I find transdermal absorption to be far more effective. 

Caution: This product contains Lavender Essential Oil which can irritate skin. If you experience an allergic reaction, discontinue use immediately.
