Pine and Bedford's Good Day Arnica Cream is luxuriously rich with Grapeseed Oil, Organic Shea Butter, Sweet Almond Oil, and Rice Bran Oil. It is loaded with Arnica and fragranced with a soft Blue Agave Flower unisex scent. Apply a thin layer of cream to the affected area. Re-apply up to 3 times/day. Arnica is effective as a topical cream for mosquito bites, bruising, and swelling (of ankles), and as a pain reliever. Never apply to broken skin.
Why did I make this product: I sometimes suffer from restless legs, and I have some old injuries that affect me when it is damp outside. I do not like taking Ibuprofen, and I was looking for a natural alternative. Healthline.com calls Arnica: nature's Ibuprofen. Arnica should not be taken orally. It has been banned in Canada as a food additive as it can cause a miscarriage. (Not so, in the USA).
Caution: This product contains Arnica flowers. Do not use it if you are pregnant, nursing, or if on blood thinners. NEVER use it with a heating pad. Avoid contact with eyes, mucus membranes, damaged skin, or wounds. Keep away from children.
Caution: Inform your physician that you are taking topical arnica. It is safe to use up to 3 times per day for up to 3 weeks. Consult your physician before using it for an extended period.
