Magnesium Cream

Pine and Bedford's Relax is a Magnesium Cream made with Magnesium Chloride. It contains double the amount of Magnesium found in the drug store creams. It is great for leg/foot cramps at night. Simply leave the jar beside the bed, and when a cramp begins, rub a dime-sized amount on your calf (foot cramps usually begin in the calf - so start there), and count to 10.  If the cramp persists - place another dime-sized amount directly on the cramp, and go back to sleep. Relax is a Magnesium Cream made from Shea Butter, Mango Butter and Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil. It is fantastic for night cramps, but also an effective way to ensure you are not magnesium deficient.
