Arnica Cream

Pine and Bedford's Good Day is an Arnica Cream. It contains oils infused with Arnica flowers. Healthline says one quarter-sized amount on Arnica Cream is equivalent to 1 Ibuprofen tablet. Use it for the joint aches that are periodic. Apply a quarter-sized amount onto the joint, or area of concern. There are contraindications with Arnica that need to be taken seriously: Not for pregnant or nursing women, and not for those taking a blood thinners. P&B's Good Day is loaded with Arnica (nauture's Ibuprofen), and fragranced with a soft Blue Agave Flower scent - a perfect unisex option. A thin layer applied to the affected area helps with pain, swelling, bruising, and mosquito bites. This is a strong infusion of Arnica, so for safety - limit use to up to 3 applications per day, for up to 3 weeks. Inform your physician, and if needed for a longer period of time - consult your physician first. You can develop a contact allergy if used too much.
